BlueChipTC was established in 2003, as the corporate arm of HBC Academy Ltd who have mainly specialised in delivering high quality, corporate style training to SME's, Community Groups and the Unemployed. These were predominantly funded via a number of funding streams such as the European Social Fund, Learning Skills Council and London Development Agency and in partnership with numerous established and high profile organisations.

When it became apparent that HBCA was delivering more training to larger organisations and more corporate SME's, Bluechip Training & Consultancy was born. Continuing the long established custom of focusing on meeting the needs of the learner, BluechipTC provides bespoke training, including fast track courses as required.

There are many people working in industry who have acquired the skills without holding the relevant qualifications. BluechipTC meets this need and more.
